It comes equipped with a removable carriage for easy clean-up and a protective blade cover for safety.
Light duty meat slicers are ideal for low volume applications with less than 1 hour of slicing per day. These meat slicers are not meant for cutting raw or frozen meat and/or cheese.
The built in sharpening system is key for keeping your blade always sharp and fresh. This item has an automatic shutoff feature that protects the user when the blade cover or pin is loose or off. 1/3 HP and a belt driven motor. 120V, 250W, 2 Amps. NEMA 5-15 plug. ETL and ETL Sanitation, conforms to UL Std. 763, certified to CSA C22.2 NO. 1335.2.14 & 1335.1.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the implements (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center) or normal wear and tear.

The homeowner is responsible for providing their own service technician when needed. Admiral Craft will supply and ship the required parts free of charge.
