No, at this time only certain products are available to ship to Canada. Under the new USMCA agreement we have teamed up with FedEx to provide one flat shipping rate to Commercial/Residential deliveries for orders up to 10 lbs. If the product is available to ship to Canada you will see the option at the time of checkout.
If you return any merchandise without an RA# the shipment will be refused and returned to you. A return authorization must be requested within 7 days after receiving the merchandise.
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars. Please consult with your credit card before placing an order for the most up-to-date currency rate exchange and if they charge any conversion fees. Conversion rates and fees are solely processed by your credit card company not DEI Equipment.
Orders shipping to Canada are subject to import duties/taxes/fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. The payor of duties/taxes/fees (buyer) will also be responsible for any applicable Clearance Entry Fees (CEF) and other import fees where applicable – These fees might be waived under the Increased De Minimis Shipment Value Level of the USMCA trade agreement. Recipient phone number may be used to notify the recipient of applicable brokerage fees and/or duties and taxes for the shipment, please make sure you enter a valid phone number at the time of order.

if merchandise shipping to Canada is deemed undeliverable or is refused delivery, the buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and related shipping fees in both directions. These charges are non-refundable and will be billed to the buyer’s payment method.
