Heavy duty thermostatic gas griddles are designed to maintain precise cooking temperatures during your busiest hours. Each “U” shaped stainless steel burner puts out 30,000 BTU/hour and are spaced out evenly throughout the entire griddle plate giving you a more uniform heated surface.
The thermostatic controls allow for precise cooking temperatures along the cooking surface. Each burner has its own individual standing pilot light and control which allows you to set up different cooking zones along the griddle plate. The 1″ thick polished steel griddle plate is made to handle cooking at high heats for an extended period of time. The 20″ cooking depth provides maximum cooking surface area. Comes standard with adjustable heavy duty legs, drip tray and has a -3/4″ rear NPT gas connection. 36″ width, 3 burners, 90,000 BTU/hr. Field convertible to LPG. ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation
Adcraft guarantees their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the implements (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center) or normal wear and tear.

If installed or used in a residential environment, please note there are limitations to our manufactures warranty policy and should be considered when purchasing our products. The majority of service companies we work with for our products are not insured to go into residential homes. This also includes a business that is located inside a home with-in a residential zone. The homeowner is responsible for providing their own service technician when needed. Admiral Craft will supply and ship the required parts free of charge.

- Commercial equipment Is designed for functionality and heavy use in a commercial environment.
- Commercial equipment Is not insulated as thoroughly as non-commercial equipment and generates much more heat. Many pieces of commercial equipment also require a ventilation hood system and a fire-suppression system to comply with local fire and building codes.
- Commercial equipment consumes more power than non-commercial equipment
- Commercial equipment Is often louder than a comparable non-commercial piece of equipment.
When commercial products are Installed in a non-commercial setting your homeowner’s insurance could be void.
