Stainless steel electric countertop double tank fryer can cook up to 15 lbs. of food per hour per tank. The tank has a 6 Liter (6.34 Qt) capacity, graduation markings for proper oil level, and drop handles for easy removal for cleaning. Each head has independent temperature control switches that allow you to adjust from 120F-375F degrees with a overheat sensor that cuts off the power if the oil reaches 465F degrees. Each tank has its own dedicated 6′ power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug so each tank can be operated individually. This fryer comes standard with two nickel plated wire mesh baskets that have collapsible heat proof handle, two nickel plated wire mesh grates to protect the heating coils, and two stainless steel covers. Each cord requires a dedicated 15 amp circuit. Overall dimensions are 16″H x 21.75″W x 11.25″D. 120V, 1750W, 14.5 Amps. Two 6″ power cords with NEMA 5-15 plugs. NSF and UL.
