The 8″ serrated fillet blade (also known as saltwater blade or shark blade) is a high performance blade that’s great for use on all medium sized catch, including sea trout, walleye, crappie, catfish, bass. American Angler replacement blades are made to fit all American Angler electric fillet knives Classic and Pro EFK.

NOTES: These replacement blades are only compatible with the PRO and Titanium EFK models, do not fit 31600 models.

this blade has held up for about 6 years I have sharpened it several times and it still cuts well, but it is time for it to be replaced. The blades are seperating more and more each month. They have been an excellent set of blades. My fishing partner and l fish 300 days a year easy. We clean a large amount of fish every year. It has got to where we don’t go fishing. We go catching. Thanks for a great product.
