YesThe APS white melamine leaf dish is ideal for sushi or side dishes. It is dishwasher safe and very durable. This platter adds an authentic touch to any Asian dish. This melamine looks exactly like porcelain. Unless you try to pick it up you would never think that it was anything other than porcelain. It is extremely resistant to breakage and has a glossy finish. It has four rubber feet to avoid slipping. Melamine is dishwasher-safe, suitable for refrigerators and freezers and resistant from -58 degrees Fahrenheit to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. It will never absorb odors or flavors.
