YesPlace the Camchillers directly on top of food pan well to hold cold packaged foods during transport and service. Keep food fresh and safe for eight hours or more without the expense of external power, or the hassle of constantly adding ice. Simply freeze the Camchiller for eight hours and then place it in your Cambro catering equipment. Camchiller helps you to meet the HACCP regulation of 41°F or less. For optimal use, place at top of compartment and move down as pans are removed. Designed to fit a half size pan opening. Freeze flat for 8 hours.
Half Size Camchiller Ice Pack for use with the following products: Cam GoBox GN 1/2 Carriers: EPP260, EPP280, 125MPC, 140MPC, 150MPC, 160MPC, 180MPC, 300MPC, UPC140, UPC160, UPC180, UPC400, UPCS400, UPC600, UPC800, UPCS140, UPCS160, UPCS180, 1318MTC, Camcruisers (Top wells only): CVC72, CVC724, CamKiosk (Top wells only): All Models.
WARNINGS: Once frozen, Camchillers are sensitive to shock so please handle carefully. Do not use in Blast Chiller or Blast Freezer. Never remove the plug!
Use to:
- Pre-chill cabinet cavity.
- Maximize cold food holding.
- Minimize open cavity space.
- Easy to use:
- Freeze flat for 8 hours.
- Slide one or two on top rails and pre-chill cavity 15-20 minutes.
- Load in pans of pre-chilled food below Camchiller. (A).
- Move pans and Camchiller down as food is removed. (B).
Cambro warrants to the original buyer that if this product proves defective (manufacturer’s defect) within Three Years from the date of purchase, Cambro will replace the product free of charge.
This warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects and does not cover abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear or modifications to the product not made by Cambro.
