This double compartment Food Warmer Cabinet can hold approximately 123.6 Qt of food per compartment. Includes built-in solar powered digital display Fahrenheit thermometer to monitor cabinet holding temperature. These bulk food holding and transporting cabinets uniquely combine electrical capability with Cambro’s reliable, insulated, durable construction to maintain safe temperatures for hours when the cabinet is not plugged in. Provides excellent moisture retention.The cabinet body is a tough, one-piece seamless double-wall polyethylene shell that is easy to maintain and clean and won’t dent, crack, rust, chip or break. Louvered panels gently circulate heated air evenly throughout the cabinet. Self-venting cap located on each door releases steam without opening the door.
