Polyethylene construction, foam insulation, door gaskets and tight-fitting hinges and latches combine to set the industry standard for heat retention.All Cambro Insulated Food Carrier CamCarts feature stainless steel hardware fastened to molded-in metal mounting plates. No rust, no breakdowns! Carts come with a molded-in handle and 6 casters with impact plates (two fixed, two swivel, one with brake).
Capacity: 24 tray support rails on 1-15/16″ centers (12 per cavity). Holds up to 24 each 18″ x 26″ trays or sheet/bun pans.
Note: If using metal food pans, cool to 250°F before placing onto rails.
Cambro warrants to the original buyer that if this product proves defective (manufacturer’s defect) within One Year from the date of purchase, Cambro will replace the product free of charge.
This warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects and does not cover abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear or modifications to the product not made by Cambro.
