Made with 420J2 Japanese stainless steel, each knife is designed to be stain- and rust-resistant while maintaining an incredibly sharp edge. These knives feature traditional style Japanese handles made from resin that’s resistant to heat and water.
The ergonomic design of the handle makes for a smooth and comfortable fit in your hand, and the balanced hilt provides you with extra support and control during use. To help maintain their edge for years to come, we recommend washing these blades by hand and returning them to the storage block after drying.
