Wasn’t 100% sure what the potato peel/oil/salt combination would do for the initial seasoning of the pan but it was simple and very efficient. 10/10 and would highly recommend.

First this pan requires to be seasoned; you can find different methods in the internet. I did according to Matfer Bourgeat USA, I use this pan daily, cooks great, good heat distribution. I Love it… I Will buy different size soon, a bit bigger.
