Our Bron Mandoline is made out of durable, 18/10 stainless steel, making it easy to clean and ensuring it will last you for years to come. An interchangeable, two-sided 38 cut blade set is included on this mandoline. One side aligns to provide a 3 millimeter cut, and the other side aligns to provide a 10 millimeter cut so you can accommodate whatever recipe you’re making. Made out of special, hard stainless steel, these blades provide razor sharp, precise cuts. You’ll be able to slice anything from potatoes, to onions, to lemons and limes with ease. Includes stainless steel pusher.
