Have an old Matfer, and the slicing blade was getting very dull. Decided to replace, since I didn’t think I could sharpen it well enough. Given the age of my Matfer, wasn’t sure the new blade would fit, but it is an exact replacement. Razor sharp blade now, and works beautifully. I think I will send the old blade out to be sharpened.

I love my slicer but I lost my blade when I moved. I was afraid I had to throw away my slicer because I had a hard time finding the replacement blade, I found it at DEI and it was a perfect match, so happy with my purchase
