Bourgeat is the very, very best. If you are looking for a nice set to cover most cooking jobs, this Cookware Set is the answer. The thick red copper material (the best!) is not only beautiful but conducts heat so well. It is high-quality gorgeous set. It heats evenly, and nothing sticks to the bottoms. The handles feel very sturdy and they don’t get too hot. No problems with rush or dents and it’s easy to clean. It is well worth the price.

These pans are the most wonderful kitchen upgrade you can imagine. You won’t want to use anything else once you’ve tried these. The quality is evident in the heft and feel of each pot and pan. The copper responds immediately to any temperature input. I know they’re expensive, but you won’t burn your food anymore. They look like if these pans will last you forever! Cleaning is not that tough, but polishing is important if you want to retain the look. Highly recommend.
