Made of silicone aerated knitted glass fabric, perfectly suitable for baking mini Baguettes. The circulation of warm air under the mat ensures the right coloring along with a soft bake. It is not necessary to brown the dough.
Uniformly-sized choux are obtained on account of the shape cavities adapted for each preparation. Blind baking of tartlet bases becomes very easy, without having to line or poke the dough or even grease the molds.
Just place the shapes cut with an Exoglass® cutter on the SILFORM&reg upside down and bake on the sheet for around 15 min at 350° F. With the heat uniformly spread, the dough is in close contact with the shape and cooks perfectly.
A practical solution to save time SILFORM&reg can also be used in a traditional manner on the right side, by lining the dough. We recommend the use of perforated aluminum sheets as baking support.
Turn out is perfect.
