I love baking, but I always ended up having to spend a lot of time scrubbing my cookie sheets after baking. And I found these matfer sheets, the material looks plastic and like it would melt, but not at all. My cookies slide off easily, nothing sticks to this sheet. Cleaning this mat is so easy, and storage I just roll it up and fit neatly in a drawer. I love this product.
