Countertop-Mounted Vegetable / Carrot Peeler, ABS plastic with 6 Stainless Steel Blades

The carrot peeler is designed for carrots with a unique positioning of the six opposing blades. This intelligently designed kitchen tool saves time as one can easily and quickly peel large quantities of vegetables instead of using a peeling knife to peel every single carrot individually. With one smooth downward movement the carrot is peeled. The blades are on springs to accommodate varying diameters, suitable for fruits and vegetables up to 1-3/4 in diameter (4.4 cm)

This carrot peeler is the perfect kitchen gadget, very robust and durable, made of heavy-duty BPA-free ABS plastic, and can be mounted to any counter- or table-top with absolute ease. A chromed steel upright stand is available as Item #49819-AA (sold separately).

Simple to use:

• Begin by mounting the upright carrot peeler to a countertop or wall. Insert a carrot, vertically from the top, into the center peeling area.
• With your hand, push the carrot down until it is level with the top of the peeler. Do not let your fingers get into the center opening. Use centering piece and pusher rod to plunge the carrot through the body.
• Pull the carrot out the other end.
• To clean, run the peeler under warm water and allow it to dry completely before storing.

Peeler is also safe to be placed on the top rack or the silverware basket of a dishwasher.
