The Paderno oversized stainless steel dumpling steamer is comprised of three components. This is the cover of the steamer. There is a body and a base as well. This steamer is used to prepare the traditional dumpling found in many Asian dishes. It is professional quality and extremely durable. It is dishwasher safe. The cover keeps the steam in the receptacle and actually cooks the dumpling. The body and base are items 49606-00 and 49606-51.
