Manual Masticating Fruit / Tomato Juicer Mill W/ Removable Plastic Hopper

This manual masticating tomato press separates skin and seeds to only release the juice of the tomato pulp. The 8-1/4″ by 4″ hopper feeds a drum. This tomato juicer comes with one screen, 1 mm perforations. When cranked, leavings and liquid are directed toward different chutes. It can also be used with fruits, vegetables, beans and peas that do not contain seeds or pits. The body and moving parts are made of stainless steel with removable plastic hoppers and plastic auger. Attach it securely with a clamp (included) that fits onto most work surfaces.

This masticating juicer comes with a heavy duty plastic auger that turns fruits and vegetables into juice, ensuring that the nutrients of your fruits and vegetables remain intact. It also prevents fruits and vegetables from oxidizing. A masticating juicer produces much better quality juice than a centrifugal juicer. It retains many more nutrients due to its slow-moving speed.

TOMATO SAUCE AND JUICE: For best results use fresh, uncooked tomatoes. Wash them and cut them into quarters. Use the tomato cone. Add seasoning. If you cook your tomatoes first, allow them to cool before putting them through the grinder.

APRICOTS, PEACHES, PEARS, PLUMS: Wash the fruit and remove the pits if necessary. Use the tomato cone.

VEGETABLE SOUP, MASHES, BABY FOOD: Wash vegetables and cut into quarters or cubes. Simmer over low heat, then let drain. Leave to cool before using the grinder.

BEANS AND PEAS: Use any kind of kidney beans or peas for soup, burritos, tacos or enchiladas.
