The World Cuisine wooden hinged butter mold is designed to create a decorative cow imprint butter medallion. A simple stick of butter can now be turned into a decorative addition to any meal. Softened butter is spread into the wood mold and then frozen tore-harden and hold its new shape.

With hinges for easy unmolding, a simple and functional way to create decorative butter medallions. Clean with soap and water, not dishwasher-safe.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: The mold should be washed and conditioned with oil before use. Then soaked in ice water for at least 30 mins before use.

This butter mold is well-built and heavy-duty tool, high quality. this curler will stretch a block of butter for good while; experiment with various butters and temperatures for proper results, and if you have little ones, they’ll love the curls this mold makes.
