I had been looking for the Bellasera steak knives for some time and every place I looked were sold out. After giving up my search I decided to look online again and saw them listed at DEI Equipment. I immediately placed an order for 8 steak knives . DEI Equipment shipped them almost immediately and I had them with in the week. The brand new knives arrived packaged nicely in perfect shape. I cannot recommend DEI Enterprises enough! A pleasure to deal with.

We needed a number of replacement or additional pieces for our Bellasera flatware. An Internet search returned the DEI Equipment website. DEI offered by far the most comprehensive offerings and competitive pricing, so we decided to give them a try. Their service was excellent. We had to modify an order after placing it. Their customer team was very responsive and helpful and made the requested changes which also resulted in shipping savings that they passed along to us. The steak knives arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They were new and in the original packaging. We couldn’t be more pleased and will check with DEI Equipment first whenever we need additional flatware or kitchen tools/accessories. We highly recommend them.
