The basic requirement for exact grinding and the best cutting properties. Zwilling high-performance steak knives are dishwasher safe, but hand wash is recommended to prolong the life of your knife.

The Zwilling JA Henckels warranty does not cover wear from normal use or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose.
