One piece precision stamped blade for a lighter weight knife without sacrificing strength. FRIODUR blade, ice-hardened, high carbon “no stain” stainless steel for remarkably sharp, flexible, corrosion resistant blade.Precision-honed and laser controlled edge to ensure ideal cutting angles for sharpness and durability. Non-Hydroscopic (won’t absorb liquids) safe-grip, molded polypropylene handles safe up to 100°C / 212°F. Handles available in other colors (sold separately) to help you identify the type of knife at a glance, specially useful when stored in a knife block.
