Perfect for slicing vegetables and lunch meats. It’s small footprint and compact design make it ideal as a deli slicer for supermarkets, sub shops and small restaurants.
Medium duty meat slicers are ideal for several hours of slicing per day. Slicing raw or frozen meat is not recommended for this slicer. A maximum of 30 minutes a day of cheese slicing is recommended for this meat slicer.
This meat slicer comes with a removable carriage for easy cleanup and a built in sharpener to always ensure a sharp edge for every slice. The blade has a permanently attached ring guard around it for safety. The -1/2 HP motor is belt driven. 110V, -1/2 HP with a NEMA 5-15 plug. Adcraft guarantees their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year.
