This proofer is constructed of non-corrosive aluminum throughout the cabinet that allows you to hold prepared foods at proper serving temperatures for extended periods of time. The air baffle and circulating air blower provide even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. A removable control drawer with LED thermostat gives you complete control over the operating temperature and humidity range and doesn’t require opening the door to use. A critical component in any bakery, a Proofing Cabinet is specially designed to provide culinary craftsmen with the perfect environment possible to achieve the best breads, donuts, croissants and other baked products.
This proofer comes standard with 5″ heavy duty castors and a clear Lexan door with aluminum frame. It ships knocked down and is easy to assemble (Tools and hardware kit included). The overall dimensions of this proofer are 21″W x 31.25″D x 67.25″H. The cabinet dimensions are 18″W x 26.25″D x 52.75″H which will allow you to fit 36- 18″x26″ pans (sold separately). The maximum heating temperature for this item is 185°F and a humidity proofing range of 30% – 95% (Temperature up to 115°F in proof mode). It is CE certified and is backed by Adcraft’s (Admiral Craft) 1 year warranty.
Adcraft guarantees their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the implements (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center) or normal wear and tear.

The majority of service companies we work with for our products are not insured to go into residential homes. This also includes a business that is located inside a home with-in a residential zone. The homeowner is responsible for providing their own service technician when needed. Admiral Craft will supply and ship the required parts free of charge.

- Commercial equipment Is designed for functionality and heavy use in a commercial environment.
- Commercial equipment Is not insulated as thoroughly as non-commercial equipment and generates much more heat. Many pieces of commercial equipment also require a ventilation hood system and a fire-suppression system to comply with local fire and building codes.
- Commercial equipment consumes more power than non-commercial equipment
- Commercial equipment Is often louder than a comparable non-commercial piece of equipment.
When commercial products are Installed in a non-commercial setting your homeowner’s insurance could be void.
