All four top openings fit a 12″ x 20″ full size food pan with no additional water pans needed to create a Bain marie operation. The stainless steel water pan is fully welded and a recessed well that houses the immersed heating element. Thermostatic temperature dial allows for accurate food holding temperatures. Comes standard with adjustable steel legs, undershelf and a 5/8″ drainage pipe for easy removal of water. The restaurant steam table is customized with the optional stainless steel tray rack (EST-240/TH) and optional polycarbonate 9″ wide cutting board and shelf (EST-240/PCB). This item ships knocked down and is easy to assemble. 208/240V, 3000-4000W, 12.5 Amps. 57″W x 26″D x 34.25″H. NEMA 6-20 plug. 1 year warranty.
