Drop-In induction food warmer, 120 Volt. Simple, clean design, easy to operate. 90% energy efficient. Integrated touch controls and LED display in the glass surface. 7 warming power settings. Automatic pan sensing. Sophisticated energy control, can be used for warming/holding with or without a traditional water based chafing dish. Optional Stainless Steel Trim ring to simplify counter-top mounting. Optional Stainless Steel table stand for portable use. Requires the use of induction compatible cookware (sold separately). 350 Watts 120 Volt 1Ph TUV, UL. Connection: 5′ Cord, NEMA 5-15P Induction cooking heats the pan and food, NOT the air. Induction Cooktops Deliver 90-95%
of the Energy Directly to the Pan vs. Gas (only 25-30%) and Electric Ranges (50%). More energy to the
pan means LESS heat
to your kitchen therefore lower utility bills.

Induction cooktops are Safe. No flames or hot coils. Surface remains cool to the touch even when in use
so spills don’t burn on top of surface and it’s the best way to prevent burns to hands or fingers, great for homes with small children.

Compatible Induction Cookware – Induction cooking requires induction cookware. In order to create the magnetic field and heat the cookware, the bottom of the cookware must have some iron content, for example stainless steel 18-10, 18-8, 18-0, cast-iron ware or porcelain enamel ware. The best cookware for induction cooking is three-layered stainless cookware.

The best way to determine whether a pan will work is with a magnet. If the magnet sticks to the bottom, the cookware will work on an induction cooktop.

Cookware that cannot be used for induction cooking is glass, copper, aluminum, 100% stainless steel or any other non-magnetic surfaces. Also cookware that is less than 4.75″ in diameter cannot be used, therefore cookware with curved bottoms are not recommended as the complete bottom should be in contact with the burner. Flat bottom, inductive ready cookware is the best choice to cook in these cooktops.

NEMCO guarantees their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year.
