Compact chocolate tempering machine, perfect for making chocolate dipped sweets. This chocolate melter it’s round in shape and makes mixing chocolate easy. Body made of gray composite material.
You can manually temper chocolate in this machine by melting the chocolate between 110-120F. Once the chocolate is fully melted, bring down the temperature to about 82F to cool while gently stirring so that the chocolate can re-solidify. Finally the chocolate’s temperature is raised back to about 90F to complete the tempering. Tempering chocolate is an essential step for making smooth, glossy, evenly colored coating for your dipped chocolates.
