Features and Product Details
The Non-Hydroscopic (won’t absorb liquids) safe-grip, molded polypropylene handles safe up to 100°C / 212°F. Cake server spatulas are designed in the shape of a cake slice with a broad width to support the cake. Traditionally, the cake is sliced with a knife first and then picked up and served with the cake server spatula. For thin cakes the server can be used to cut and serve the cake. The handle and serving knife are both National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved. These HACCP knives are color coded for the following HACCP recognized uses:
- Red Knife = Meat.
- Blue Knife = Fish.
- Green Knife = Produce.
- White Knife = Dairy/Cheese.
- Yellow Knife = Poultry.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the implements (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center) or normal wear and tear.
